The brief was fourteen vendors, three days and one family who wanted to enjoy the wedding rather than run it. We built the timeline first, then worked backward — every vendor briefed off the same moodboard, every handover written down so nothing depended on someone remembering.

Booked for the one day rather than the whole wedding — the family had their vendors, they needed someone running the clock and fielding the questions so the hosts did not have to. We arrived at six for a function that started at eleven.

The couple had booked their own vendors and wanted someone to tie the evening together eight weeks out — one seating chart, one vendor group, one timeline everyone actually read. We ran the floor on the night so the family could be guests at their own wedding.

Not every job is a ballroom. Sixty people on a terrace still needs a timeline, a caterer who shows up on time and someone deciding where the car parks — we scale the same coordination down rather than skip it.

Nine hundred attendees, a fixed start time nobody could move, and a client who needed a run-of-show a facilities team could execute without us in the room for every minute of it. We wrote the show, briefed every vendor against it, and stayed on-site for the parts that had to work.
